Overview
The Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) approached us with a clear challenge: transform its “Sport Strategic Vision 2025–2030” into a compelling visual experience capable of communicating the future direction of global motorsport.
More than a strategic report, the vision serves as a roadmap for the next chapter of the sport, covering innovation, sustainability, grassroots development, governance and long-term growth. The objective was to create a presentation that reflected the ambition of the strategy while making complex information engaging, accessible and easy to navigate for a global audience.
Challenge
The FIA’s strategic vision contained a vast amount of information, ranging from high-level objectives and policy frameworks to technical timelines, data points and operational priorities.
Originally structured as a highly corporate document, the content needed to be transformed into a format capable of capturing attention while preserving the credibility and authority of one of the world’s leading sporting organisations. The challenge was not only to simplify and reorganise complex information, but also to build a narrative that could connect emotionally with viewers and communicate the FIA’s long-term vision with clarity and impact.
Adding to the complexity, the project involved multiple stakeholders, parallel workstreams and an ambitious delivery timeline that required seamless collaboration and rapid decision-making throughout the process.
Solution
Working closely with FIA consultants and stakeholders, we restructured the content, refined the messaging and developed a clear narrative framework designed specifically for an animated presentation format.
The project combined editorial design, motion graphics and audiovisual storytelling. After redesigning the presentation structure, we developed a detailed script that transformed strategic objectives into a more engaging and digestible narrative. To reinforce the cinematic experience, we integrated FIA-provided footage, carefully selected supporting visuals and incorporated an AI-generated documentary-style voice-over that brought consistency, clarity and momentum to the story.
From a visual perspective, we adapted FIA’s existing brand guidelines into a dynamic motion language, creating a system of typography, transitions and graphic elements that felt modern, energetic and future-focused while remaining faithful to the organisation’s identity.
The final production combined motion graphics, sound design, music and sports-inspired cinematic edition, balancing fast-paced sequences with moments of emphasis to guide viewers through the content and highlight key strategic milestones. Every animation, transition and visual cue was designed to maintain engagement while reinforcing the themes of innovation, progress and global impact.

The final presentation transformed a dense strategic document into a dynamic communication tool capable of informing, inspiring and engaging audiences simultaneously.
